I broke a keyboard on my notebook (tea accident). And went to a service centre to purchase it.

The guys told me they will replace a keyboard but I will need to wait for 2 weeks for the replacement.

After the keyboard came, we found out the keyboard replacement didn't fit to my model, so we ordered another.

I total I waited 4 weeks for a simple keyboard replacement. And I was charged 100$. Gladly notebook is functioning now.
