How are you dealing with it? How strong is a pain? How was your first menstruation going?

I did not experience it. My cousin seems to be this unhappy lady, who thinks that she can simply die soon IF the pain does not stop. Nothing really helps. She even misses her school. Actually, she seems very miserable during these periods,

Tell your cousin that she can visit her therapist. Tell her also not to be shy and share with the specialist all these problems. She will get a certain prescription. Unfortunately, I do not know the exact name of the pills against pain, but they exist. They will certainly help.

Itís not a problem for me enough! I have no any pain, headache etc, excreta normally leave out my body. I canít imagine how girls with all mentioned difficulties go through it! How you go to work or studying? What you do to overcome all this problems? Thanks God, Iím fine! And friends ok for it too

Just an addition: the girl (woman) that CONSTANTLY has serious pain during her periods, should better go to a medical specialist. It will be not right if she starts taking all the pills without any control. The whole situation can become simply worse. Her liver and kidneys will suffer a lot.

As I do know, each visit to any specialist is paid. I am not 100% sure that this problem is worth visiting a therapist. You should make an appointment, wait, spend time there, then pay...too much headache as for me. Simply go to the drugstore. There, you will find the needed pills.

My girlfriend is very bad for those days. He says that his stomach hurts and constantly drinks pills. She can lie on the couch all day and watch TV.
