Default Stuffed Pork Chops with Berry Sauce

From the usual pork chops, you can make a delicious beautiful festive dish. Pork chops are stuffed with meat, apples, celery and American corn bread crumb. The filling is soft, juicy, and rosemary and oregano give it a stunning aroma. chops are served with berry sauce made from cranberries and raspberries.

This will require:
pork chops on the bone, water, a little salt, sugar, ground black pepper, and olive oil.

For the filling use:
corn flour, wheat flour, honey, eggs, milk, baking powder, butter, salt, minced meat, celery, apples, white onion, rosemary, dried oregano, and black pepper, add more olive oil.

At first, marinate the pork chops. Pour water into the bowl, then add sugar, salt, and mix. Put chops into the bowl and leave for 1 hour.
While the chops are marinating, make cornbread. To do this, put into the bowl corn and wheat flour. Add honey, baking powder and salt. Stir.

Add milk, egg and sunflower oil.
Stir to a smooth consistency.
Pour the resulting mass into the pan, greased with butter.
Bake cornbread for 20 minutes at 250 ° C.
Cornbread mash with a fork into small pieces. You can grind bread in a blender.
Slice the onion, apple, and celery.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the onion

Add the minced meat to the pan and fry for about 10 minutes.
Add celery and fry for 10 minutes.
Then add the apple and fry for 5 minutes.
Slice the rosemary and add to the pan. Add oregano, salt, and pepper to taste and mix well. Fry for a minute. If you don't have fresh rosemary, then replace it with dried.
Prepared mince with apple and celery, add to bowl with cornbread.
Mix well.

Now cook the berry sauce. Pour wine and orange juice into the pan. Add sugar and put the pan on the fire. As soon as the water boils, add the cranberries and raspberries.
While stirring, boil the sauce over medium heat for about 20 minutes, until it thickens.
Remove the pork chops from the marinade and beat it.
Do in the center of the chop a deep cut in the form of a pocket.
Put 1-2
tablespoon of
filling into each chop.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and put the chops into the pan. Add salt and pepper.
Fry chops from both sides over medium heat.
Pour chops with berry sauce.
This is delicious.
